We conducted an exploratory study to clarify what behaviors of members are required to improve their organizations or communities through dialogue to co-construct practical creative narratives. Through action research on organizational development or community development by considering a hospital as an organization, Chizu town in Tottori Prefecture as a local community, and a seminar for undergraduate students at a university as a learning community, we found what facilitation in dialogue means and its specific characteristics, determined the dialogic community development process, and determined what community members can do to liberate themselves from their preconceptions. We also found that community members who have experienced regular dialogue sessions can naturally incorporate their dialogic attitudes into their project activities. We indicate that such attitudes enable members to maintain their autonomy and help others in the community.

In order to clarify the probability and problem of future health resources allocation in community, we invenstigated the medical needs of population and the retention and movement of physicians and other health workforces in community basis. Empirical analyses by using micro data extracted from national statistics issued by MHW showed several findings; 1)present physician allocation and delivery provide NO efficient support to popuation's mental heatlth conditions, 2)present number of independent clinic allocation in urban area will be forcasted declining in near future, and 3)present health demand may make patietns' satisfaction not so high.
Further, we carrired out the primitive study on the physician and other health workforce allocation and opinion in Lao PDR in collaboration with UHS in Lao PDR. The result of study indicated the existence of environmental and economic disparity among public hospitals in Vientian, and the necessity of health resrouces sharing among Asian countries.

This research aims to develop a management process model for people with high-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It has two processes: (1) a manager discovers unique and effective perspectives based on the characteristics of a person with ASD, and (2) a manager seeks to reconstruct organization borders and share and/or create organizational knowledge through interactions with subordinates with ASD. As a result, this research clarified the role of management to build an appropriate workplace environment where a manager can take advantage of the characteristics of people with ASD and the possibility of developing management skills for that role.

Based on the working hypothesis that promoting the experiential learning in the field of story-sharing is useful in psycho-social support for university students with developmental disabilities, a Web-based support system designated Psycho-Social Networking Service(PSNS) was constructed. PSNS worked as "Ba", that is shared context in motion, where the students could make sense on their experience both in daily life and imagination. Qualitative analyses were performed on the data collected from the texts exchanged on PSNS, which described how their transformative process had been unfolded. A model of support system for university students with developmental disabilities was proposed.
