In order to deter corporate scandals caused by organizational culture, this study empirically clarified the relationship between corporate organizational culture and scandals and compliance systems, and the relationship between organizations and employees. As a result of the empirical analysis, it became clear that the causes of scandals caused by organizational culture ultimately lead to management behavior and organizational education issues by management. In addition, the relationship between organizational culture and employees was examined using evolutionary game theory, which can explain culture.
Integrating the empirical and theoretical results, it is possible that employees cause misconduct as an adaptive reaction, but management can give the game form exogenously as an institution. In this way, it was shown that the responsibility can be based on whether management provides employees with compliance systems such as organizational training.

In this study, firstly, I insist on the need of the switch from logical thought method to a cognitive psychology thought method in predictability of criminal negligence case. Then, I showed the negligence cases restrain by prior administrative regulation than subsequent criminal sanction empirically.Furthermore, I showed Premiums and Representations Act that attracted attention as a new criminal negligence system of the company does not theoretically restrain a fault psychologically and economically.
Totally,I insisted on the need that criminal negligence cases restrain by catching for cognitive psychology.

This project aims to develop “economics of happiness” in Japan. It conducted many studies with nine co-investigators and found many results including the followings: 1) the result of 2009 general election made supporters of the Democratic Party of Japan happier and those of the Liberal Democratic Party of Japan (LDP) and New Komeito unhappier; 2) happiness depends on temperature, 3) compared with satisficers, maximizers are associated with lower levels of happiness among Japanese, while such tendency is not clear among Americans, and 4) events of marriage and childbirth make husband and wife happier.
